Privacy Policy

Version 1.0. Last updated: 23 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Suite Systems Pty Ltd (ABN 60 082 191 982), a company registered in Queensland, Australia ("Suite Systems", "we", "us", "our"), handles personal information in connection with the mobile applications we publish (each, an "App").

We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. Our Approach

Our Apps are designed to work without accounts. We do not ask you to register, we do not operate servers that store your personal information, and in most cases we never see the data you enter.

2. Information You Enter Into an App

Everything you enter into an App, including any logs, records, measurements, schedules, notes, photos and health or financial information, is stored on your device.

If you have iCloud enabled, that data is also synced to your own private iCloud container under your Apple ID. This container is controlled by you and by Apple. We cannot access, read or retrieve it. If you disable iCloud, your data remains only on your device.

We do not upload this data to any Suite Systems server, and we do not sell or share it.

3. Health and Sensitive Information

Some Apps allow you to record health, medication, disability, financial or other sensitive information, and some Apps can read from or write to Apple HealthKit with your permission.

Data read from HealthKit is used only to provide features inside the App. It is never used for advertising or marketing, never disclosed to third parties, and never sold. You can revoke HealthKit access at any time in the iOS Health app.

4. Permissions

Apps may request access to device features such as notifications, the camera, photos, location, Bluetooth, motion data or HealthKit. We only request a permission at the point where a feature needs it, and each is optional; declining a permission disables only the related feature.

Where an App processes images (for example, on-device text recognition), that processing happens on your device. The images are not transmitted to us.

5. Third Party Services

Depending on the App and the features you use, the following third parties may process limited data:

  • Apple: App Store purchases, subscription management, iCloud sync and HealthKit. Governed by Apple's privacy policy.
  • RevenueCat: used to verify and manage subscription entitlements. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated anonymous identifier and purchase information. It does not receive your name, email or the content you enter into an App.
  • Google AdMob: used to display advertising in the free tier of some Apps. AdMob may collect device and usage identifiers for ad delivery and measurement. You can limit this in iOS under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and through App Tracking Transparency prompts where shown.
  • Services you connect yourself: where an App offers an optional integration with a third party service, connecting it authorises data to flow between that service and the App under that service's own privacy policy. You can disconnect at any time.

We do not control these third parties. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies.

6. Analytics and Crash Data

We may receive aggregated, anonymous statistics from Apple about App usage, performance and crashes, where you have consented to share analytics with developers in your iOS settings. This information does not identify you and is used only to fix bugs and improve the Apps.

7. Children

Our Apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We do not disclose personal information for advertising or marketing purposes.

We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect our legal rights. Because we do not hold the data you enter into an App, we are generally unable to produce it even if compelled.

9. Overseas Recipients

The third parties listed in section 5 may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. By using an App you consent to that transfer.

10. Security

Data stored on your device is protected by iOS device encryption and your device passcode or biometric lock. Some Apps offer an additional in-app lock. Data synced to iCloud is protected by Apple's security measures and your Apple ID credentials.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained on your device and in your iCloud container for as long as you keep it. To delete it, delete the records inside the App, or delete the App and remove its data from iCloud in Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage.

Because we do not hold your data, deletion is entirely under your control.

12. Access and Correction

The Australian Privacy Principles give you the right to access and correct personal information we hold about you. In practice, you already have direct access to all of it inside the App. If you believe we hold personal information about you elsewhere, contact us using the details below.

13. Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, contact us at hello@suitesystems.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

14. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at www.suitesystems.com.au/privacy.
