SinceLast Terms of Use
Last updated: 31 October 2026
By using SinceLast you agree to these terms, which supplement our general Terms of Use. If they conflict, these terms apply to SinceLast.
1. What SinceLast is
SinceLast helps you remember and organise what has changed between medical appointments so you can explain it clearly. It organises information that you provide.
2. What it is not
SinceLast is not a medical record, a symptom checker or a medical device. It does not diagnose conditions, assess urgency, or give medical advice or treatment suggestions. It is not for emergencies. If you are worried about your health, contact a health professional or emergency services.
3. Check what it picked out
Details are picked out automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Your original update is always kept and every item links back to it. Check your brief before relying on it and correct anything that is off.
4. SinceLast Pro subscription
- SinceLast Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple. We cannot issue them directly.
- Recording updates and your current brief stay free.
Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies.
5. Your content
What you record is yours. We do not claim any rights to it and cannot see it.
6. No warranty
SinceLast is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Suite Systems is not liable for loss or harm arising from using it, including from details being missed or mis-recorded. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown in the app.
